By accessing or using the Convarge service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the service.

Convarge provides a unified inbox enabling users to manage conversations from WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger in one place. We may modify or discontinue the service at any time with or without notice.

3. Meta API Policies

You agree to strictly adhere to all Meta policies governing the use of WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram Graph APIs, including but not limited to, restrictions on spam, restricted goods, and 24-hour customer service windows. Failure to comply may result in immediate suspension of your Convarge account.

4. Limitation of Liability

Convarge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
