User Data Deletion Policy

At Convarge, we take your data privacy seriously. If you wish to completely remove your account and delete all associated data (including Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp connections), you can do so through the following methods:
Option 1: Self-Service Deletion
1. Log in to your Convarge dashboard.
2. Navigate to Settings > Profile.
3. Scroll down to the "Danger Zone" and click "Delete Workspace".
4. Confirm the action to permanently wipe your data.
Option 2: Support Request
Alternatively, you can email our support team at support@convarge.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Our team will process your request and completely wipe your data from our servers within 48 hours.
What data is deleted?
Upon processing a deletion request, we remove your email, business credentials, messaging history, and all stored OAuth tokens for connected platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram). This action is irreversible.
