These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Convarge Technologies LTD ("we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of the Convarge platform and services. When you create a Convarge account or use Convarge, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Convarge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Convarge is a B2B messaging platform designed to help businesses unify customer communications across messaging channels.
2. Description of Service & User Responsibilities
Convarge provides a unified inbox enabling users to manage conversations from WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, TikTok, and Telegram in one place. Users must not use the platform for spam, harassment, or any illegal activities. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Platform Policies (Meta, WhatsApp & TikTok)
All users must strictly adhere to all official policies governing connected third-party APIs, including Meta's, WhatsApp's, and TikTok's Developer and Business Policies. Failure to comply or using the platform for prohibited messaging types may result in immediate suspension of your Convarge account.
4. Limitation of Liability
Convarge is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms (such as Meta or TikTok) or for any data loss resulting from account misuse.
5. Termination & Governing Law
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in activities that threaten the stability of our infrastructure. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws without regard to conflict of law provisions.
